Hello Arkady. At an early age, the baby's body is not yet fully formed, so they can be allergic to many foods. This is due to the fact that the immune system has not yet acquired the skill in contact with external stimuli, has not learned to distinguish harmful substances from useful and neutral ones.

The allergenicity of some products can really be reduced in order to gradually introduce them into the diet, to accustom the body of the little one to a normal reaction to their components:

Potato. This product is a root crop with a record high starch content. In order to reduce the content of this allergenic substance, to avoid the occurrence of allergies, it is necessary to soak the potatoes in cool water for 12 hours, while changing the water when a stable white foam forms.

Grains may contain traces of fertilizer, so they need to be soaked for several hours in cool water, as a result of which the residue will settle to the bottom.

Fruits and vegetables brought from other countries must be doused with boiling water before use so that it removes from them all the preservatives that they are sprayed with before starting transportation.
