It is necessary to use with a small amount and strictly on an empty stomach, which will not allow damage to the body, and you can increase the dose. There are strict restrictions on the use of soda, and it is undesirable to violate them:

  • start with a small amount, about the edge of a teaspoon;
  • use in warm water, and use in cold water is excluded;
  • mixtures with anything in the stomach will lead to discomfort, so drink baking soda only on an empty stomach.

The ability to "pull" salt from the joints is well cooked rice. You can prepare for use in this way: prepare a glass of water with 2-3 teaspoons of salt, and the next day add another glass of water, also with two or three spoons. In the first, water is drained and new water is poured.

After the end of another day, a third glass is placed, performing the same manipulations. And new water is poured into the first and second glass again. You need to do this before the fifth glass. And on the sixth day, rice from the first glass is cooked without salt and eaten. Before that, prepare the same, starting with the first glass. It takes at least 40 days to cleanse the body in this way. After eating rice, do not mix with anything else for the next 4 hours. During this time, the rice sucks the salts out of the joints.

Fly agaric treatment of joints , has been used by the people for quite a long time. There are quite a few manufacturing options, and a few of the more useful ones are:

  • A fly agaric "hat" is large, cut and poured into 0.5l. alcohol. The tincture is made for about a month, which makes it a semi-thick jelly. It is rubbed on the joints at the necessary moments;
  • sour cream is mixed in the same amount, along with grated mushroom. Put on a napkin and then apply to unfavorable places. Only with fresh ingredients;
  • several fly agaric hats are left in the dark for several days, cut into small pieces and placed in a bowl. Then you need to pour vodka, exposing it 2-3 centimeters higher. Leave the dishes in the dark for at least 14 days. Shake it periodically. This will make an effective fly agaric tincture.
